1. Introduction

Welcome to PlaySelecta, an odds comparison platform operated by Gamearn Technology Group Pte Ltd (“Gamearn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in Singapore. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PlaySelecta platform, including the website, mobile experience, and WhatsApp bot (collectively, “the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

PlaySelecta is a comparative data platform. We do not provide betting services of any kind.

PlaySelecta displays publicly available and/or partner-supplied sports odds across multiple licensed operators in various jurisdictions.
PlaySelecta does not promote, facilitate, process, accept, or place bets, nor does it act as a bookmaker or betting intermediary.
All gaming activities (if pursued) occur directly with the external third-party operators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and are not located in any jurisdiction where access to such content is prohibited by law.

4. Territorial Access & Legal Disclaimer

The Service is available in multiple jurisdictions for informational and comparative purposes only.
You are solely responsible for:

Determining whether it is legal to access betting-related information in your country or jurisdiction;
Ensuring compliance with your local laws before engaging with any external betting platform.

Gamearn does not endorse or promote betting in jurisdictions where it is illegal to do so.

5. No Wagering or Financial Transactions

PlaySelecta does not:

Accept or transmit bets or wagers;
Hold customer funds;
Offer any financial services;
Collect commissions from end-user betting transactions.

Any transactions, bets, or wagers are strictly between the user and the external third-party betting operator, governed by that operator’s terms and regulatory license.

6. Affiliate Relationships

BetSelecta may include affiliate links to licensed betting operators. If you choose to click through and register with these platforms, we may receive a commission or referral fee. This does not affect the odds rankings or comparisons shown to users.

We only partner with operators legally licensed in their respective jurisdictions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the Service to facilitate gambling in jurisdictions where it is illegal;
Use the platform if under the age of 18;
Repurpose, scrape, or re-sell odds data without written consent;
Use automated systems to query or interact with the WhatsApp bot or web interface in violation of rate limits or fair use.

8. Referral Raffle Program Terms

8.1 Eligibility

The PlaySelecta referral raffle program (“Program”) is open to registered users of PlaySelecta who have accepted these Terms and Conditions within the WhatsApp or Telegram bot.
Participants must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to participate in sports betting in their jurisdiction.

8.2 How It Works

Each participant will receive a unique referral link and/or code to share with friends.
A referral will be considered successful when the referred friend registers via PlaySelecta with a licensed betting operator partner and accepts these Terms and Conditions in either the WhatsApp or Telegram bot.
For every successful referral, the referrer will automatically earn one (1) entry into the weekly raffle.

8.3 Raffle Draw

The raffle will take place once per week, on a date and time determined by PlaySelecta.
Each entry represents one chance to win in that week’s raffle. Multiple entries increase the participant’s chances of winning.
At the end of each week, a winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

8.4 Prize

The winner of each weekly raffle will receive a prize of R5,000.
Prizes will be issued as a voucher redeemable with the betting operator partner of the winner’s choice from the current PlaySelecta partner list.
Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used in accordance with the chosen operator’s terms and conditions.

8.5 Verification & Fraud Prevention

PlaySelecta reserves the right to verify all referrals and participants to ensure compliance with these Terms.
Any fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or self-referrals will result in disqualification and may lead to exclusion from future raffles.

8.6 Limitations & Changes

Each participant may win a maximum of one raffle per calendar month, unless otherwise permitted by PlaySelecta.
PlaySelecta may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Entries earned before any modification, suspension, or termination will remain valid for the raffle period in which they were earned, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

9. Publicity and Marketing Consent

9.1 By entering the PlaySelecta Referral Raffle Program, participants agree that if selected as a winner, they grant PlaySelecta and its parent company, Gamearn Technology Group, the unrestricted right to use their name, likeness, photograph, video, voice, testimonial, and/or any other representation (“Promotional Materials”) for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes.

9.2 Such use may include, but is not limited to, publication on PlaySelecta and Gamearn’s websites, social media channels, press releases, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and other promotional materials, in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

9.3 Winners may be asked to provide a photograph and/or participate in a short testimonial or interview for promotional use. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize at PlaySelecta’s sole discretion.

9.4 PlaySelecta and Gamearn agree to use any Promotional Materials responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, ensuring winners are represented accurately and respectfully.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
